Meet Nurse Practitioner Crystal Heathington, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Crystal Heathington is a Family Nurse Practitioner that is located here on the MS Gulf Coast. She recently started her own practice, Elite Health Clinic, that is in Gulfport, MS. She mainly specializes in OBGYN.
Crystal is a native of Moss Point, MS; alumni of Moss Point High School. Crystal began her nursing career after graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Mobile. Shortly after, she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing with a Specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. Crystal has almost 10 years of experience in the healthcare field. She has worked in various specialties throughout her career.
